"Killstarr began his journey in the Synthwave community releasing his EP “Memories” in 2014, and going on to release his first Album “Worlds Apart” in 2018.

Killstarr will continue his galactic travels with the release of his new album “Transmissions” - featuring 14 tracks of pure euphoric sonic alchemy.

While consistently featuring his distinct punctuation and flare - Killstarr’s sound has evolved from classic new 80’s synthwave, to explorative and refined ambient, dystopian and multidimensional musical expressions and interpretations.

This new album as a whole is a progressive journey through the transmissions within the Killstarr universe. It features full sized tracks as well as short transitional pieces.  
This project will have you riding sensational waves, magnetising you towards the anchoring beat - drawing energy directly from the Killstarr universe, while other tracks will transport you through beautifully melodic and ambient dream states where you feel like you can pull up a bean bag, ascend into the 8th dimension and stay for a while.

Transmissions is an album you want to take the time to sit with to experience the full bodied journey that it can take you on. By grounding into the soundscapes, you receive an expansive inner space in which you can visualise, meditate, contemplate and allow yourself to relax into a cloud of sensation and let the frequencies and sound waves draw you in to the timeless, spaceless stream of pure consciousness and existence itself."

Transmissions features some easter eggs hidden within, including an image encoded into the audio (which can be revealed by loading the audio file into an audio spectrogram) as well as some other messages embedded in morse code.
